We also now offer an Accredited Customer Experience Professional Certification training program, issued and recognized Nationally and Internationally by the Customer Institute of America and the International Council of Customer Service Organizations, to Individual Clients, Groups, Small Business and Corporate employees and Management though Online Self-study or Classroom Facilitation.

Alfreda Boney  is the Founder and Executive Director of Perfectly Suited Career Consulting.  With over 15 years of career development expertise in Recruitment/Staffing, Workforce Development, and facilitation of career workshops, Alfreda has gained recognition  Her background includes knowledge of Labor Market Information, Unemployment policies and Workforce Development procedures gained from employment with the Georgia Department of Labor; facilitator of Career Concepts training workshops with at-risk youth  enrollees and graduates of the National Job Corps career training program; Management training in Leadership and Work Ethics and Etiquette; Certification as a Professional Résumé Writer from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers, recognized in the State of Georgia and nationally. She has conducted Business Etiquette and Employer Expectations workshops with various business classes at College of Coastal Georgia in Brunswick, GA and Re-Entry workshops with the City of Brunswick Weed and Seed Initiative and Operation New Hope/Ready4Work in Jacksonville, FL.  She has participated with the “Choices” career development presentation series offered to local middle school students annually within Glynn County and most recently, has been a partner and Co-Facilitator with Youth Development and career training with the National Youth on the M.O.V.E (Motivated to Obtain Valuable Employment) training program out of Atlanta, Ga.  

Currently, she has created and implemented the “Get Hired” Career Training Platform, customized for Youth and Adult participants, as a Career Training and Professional Development event model to bridge the gap of communication between Jobseekers and Employers.     She was the former President of Women for Excellent Communities, Government and Schools, a local organization in Brunswick, GA catering to civic and community issues and needs. She is an active member of many workforce organizations including Downtown Business Professionals Group in Jacksonville, FL, International Association of Workforce Professionals, Southern Employment and Training Association, Duval Workforce Investment Board and its Youth Council and the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, Jacksonville Chamber-Health Council and active volunteer with the City of Jacksonville- Mayor’s Council for the Status of Women. She is a current Member/Consultant with JAX Chamber/ JAX Bridges- Entrepreneurial Growth Division.
